Shipping policy

All orders include FREE SHIPPING to the contiguous 48 states. We ship everything on Mondays and Tuesdays to arrive between Wednesday and Friday of that week. As long as we get your order by Monday morning, your order will be shipped that Monday. Since Zen Monkey is shipped refrigerated, the gel packs will melt if we ship out later in the week if they sit in the UPS warehouse over the weekend.

Once your shipment goes out, you will receive an email update with a UPS tracking number. UPS will give you updates on your shipment if you choose to opt in and get status updates. They also have a service called My Choice which is free to sign up.
