Refunds
We back Zen Monkey with a 100% you will LOVE IT "Zen Monkey Guarantee." If you try two cups and you don't like the way it tastes or anything at all, we will give you a FULL REFUND if you call us on the phone and promise you will share the remaining cups with three friends. Just a verbal promise. No texts or emails, it has to be a phone call :) 310-504-2899. If any cups are damaged upon shipping, please send us a picture and we will either refund you $3.33 per cup damaged or give you a $5 credit for each cup on a future order, your choice.
All refunds will be processed within 5 days of confirmation, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns
Due to the perishable, refrigerated nature of Zen Monkey, we do not accept refunds. That is why for first time orders, we offer a full refund (see refund policy). If the product arrives damaged or out of temperature, just get in touch and we will either replace the product or give you a refund. We see our relationship with our customers as a partnership and we work to make sure you're happy.
